First, Go birding! And then come back here.

Interact with other birders
Go to sightings, click on one of the logged sightings and comment if
you like what you see or just have something to say. The person who logged the sighting and the other
commenters will be notified to draw them back into the conversation.
3.
Log your own sightings
Go to New sighting, this is where you can capture your bird
sightings on the web site. You can also just email your photos to "post@coolbirds.net",
the system will log them for you and send you an email reminder to save the species, location
and date seen.
4.
Build up your reputation
This is flair.
As you can see this birder has logged multiple sightings
of an array of birds, evey time more sightings are logged your reputation
goes up.

links with your own social network. Feel free to use CoolBirds.net to store an online copy of all
